For decades, the grounds of the Shelby County Courthouse have been decorated with thousands and thousands of lights to celebrate the season!

Today the Downtown Sidney Winter Wonderland is where you can find interactive, animated light displays and the streets lined with colorful lights that are the perfect way to enjoy the wonder of the holidays! Merchant windows feature fun displays to take you back in time to a slower pace as you walk around and “window shop” just like they did in the old days. Letters to Santa can be dropped off in his drop box at Ron & Nita’s too!

With the addition of three large arches spanning the state routes that run through the heart of Downtown, Sidney, the light displays will be a beautiful backdrop to creating memories with your family.

The Grand Illumination will take place on Wednesday, November 27th at 6:00 pm. Santa will be creating the magic to turn all of the lights on promptly at 6:30!

Lights will be on from dusk to early morning every day until New Years Day.
