Judge Jeff Beigel is hosting the fourth public educational presentation about the role of Probate Court in our community. The program provides an overview of the role of a Last Will and Testament and when a Probate Estate is necessary. The Court’s responsibilities for Guardianships, Adoptions, Marriage Licenses, Name Changes, Mental Illness, and other Probate matters will also be addressed.
