Shelby County Animal Rescue Foundation is thrilled to host “Paws & Popcorn” on Saturday, January 26th, at 2 PM at The Historical Sidney Theatre. This family-friendly event features a special screening of the movie ‘The Secret Life of Pets’.
Admission to the event is free with a donation of a supply item for the Shelby County Animal Shelter. Guests are asked to bring dog or cat food, treats, collars, leashes, toys, or other pet-friendly items, all of which will go to support local animals in need.
Event Highlights:
• Meet a Real-Life Hero: A local police dog will be making a special appearance. Don’t miss this chance to see an incredible K-9 in person!
• PEP! Talk With the Dog Warden: Enjoy a short, entertaining, and educational presentation about the responsibilities of owning a pet.
• Snack Counter: Popcorn, candy, and drinks will be available for purchase to complete your movie experience.
• Kids’ Goodie Bags: Little ones will receive fun surprises to take home.
This event will be a “paws-itively” fantastic day for families, friends, and animal lovers of all ages. All donations collected will directly support local shelter pets, making it a perfect opportunity to give back while enjoying a great film.
