Hatha Yoga For All Levels

Classes begin with warm-up movements and breath awareness to prepare you for yoga postures. The heart of each class is a sequence of postures that stretch, strengthen, and balance your body. Each class ends with deep relaxation and meditation. Class levels range from gentle to vigorous.
Please note that classes are held in a second story suite that only has stairs for access. Registrations canceled up to two hours before class starts will be automatically refunded. Due to limited space, payments for registrations not canceled two hours prior to class will be forfeited by the student.
