Energizing Morning Flow Yoga

Class will begin with a short meditation giving ourselves time to become aware of our breath and how we are feeling. Meditation is followed by subtle stretching to awaken the body leading into sun salutations. Sun salutations build heat within ourselves preparing for poses that increase flexibility, balance, strength, and mental focus. After practicing a balancing posture we make our way to the floor for deeper, more relaxing stretches in preparation for final relaxation. A perfect way to start the weekend!

Please note that classes are held in a second story suite that only has stairs for access. Registrations canceled up to two hours before class starts will be automatically refunded. Due to limited space, payments for registrations not canceled two hours prior to class will be forfeited by the student.
